I purchased Rich's 3/4" version of the tools, and was very happy with the result. The stainless-steel spindle includes a small divergence nozzle section, which will work very well with the majority of the internal pressures that this system will encounter. I use it as a low Kn (roughly 78) core maker, on a custom motor running either an AP custom blend-based fuel, or flat out RDX/HMX mix at 35/45%, with the rest being binder, and a small amount of AP to deliver supplemental oxygen for that binder. The end results have been excellent, with lightning-bolt lift offs on my chosen fuels. This tool set is ideal for *FAST* burning fuels that won't tolerate a high Kn. Slower burning fuels might disappoint, as the low Kn simply won't allow them to build up enough chamber pressure to end up with an efficient return on their chemistry. Highly recommended.
